Aquatech International Water Week
Aquatech Amsterdam is so much more than an exhibition. Throughout the week, water professionals from around the world come together to exchange knowledge, explore new ideas and connect with the people shaping the future of the industry.
At the heart of the programme are three dedicated forums. The Innovation Forum focuses on turning ideas into action, bringing together innovators, utilities, start-ups and investors. The Integrated Leaders Forum connects senior decision-makers to discuss the strategic challenges and opportunities facing the water sector. New for 2027, the Water Research Forum bridges science and practice, showcasing the latest research and its real-world applications.
Together, these forums create a platform for innovation, leadership and collaboration beyond the exhibition floor.

AquaStage
Knowledge exchange and networking are an important part of the Aquatech platform. The AquaStage offers visitors networking opportunities and easy access to free educational sessions. Topics include desalination, digital water, innovation, doing business abroad and many more.
Innovation Hub
Research and development in the area of water are vital for the future of many businesses, as well as for a sustainable future of our world. The Aquatech Innovation Hub encourages and rewards organisations that innovate and stand out from the crowd by showcasing the nominees and winners of the Aquatech Innovation Award, Future Water Leaders speak about innovations, and showcasing EU Innovation projects.
Aquatech Innovation Awards
It’s all about innovation at Aquatech Amsterdam and to place the innovations of our exhibitors in the spotlight we organise the Aquatech Innovation Awards. Submit your innovation and benefit from extra visibility online and offline! All the innovations are shown in the Innovation Hub.
EU Innovation Projects
The EU Innovation Projects Pavilion is a special pavilion hosting innovation projects that have received EU funding to further develop. Together with a trade organisations, association and other national / governmental organisations, Aquatech organises different specialty pavilions where companies can build a stronger presence on the exhibition floor with the aim to create a national bond and combine marketing efforts.
Water Quality Association (WQA) Pavilion
The WQA respresents 2,500+ manufacturers, suppliers & dealers worldwide within the point of use and point of entry markets: residential, commercial, industrial and small community water treatment industries.
BlueTech Research Innovation Pavilion
This Pavilion is a joint effort with BlueTech Research. The Innovation Pavilion consists of 10 short-listed and specially selected companies and provides them with the opportunity to showcase the latest in cutting edge water technology. Selected participants come from around the globe and their technologies have huge potential in applications across both the utility and industrial sectors of the water industry.
Circular Economy Pavilion
The circular economy pavilion is a joint effort with GWI. Global Water Intelligence is the leading publisher and events organiser serving the international water industry. Over the last 15 years they have built a business around being a trusted interface between clients and their markets, providing customers with high-level intelligence that enables them to make the most informed strategic decisions for their business.
Digital Water Pavilion
SWAN Forum is the leading, global voice for the smart water sector. A membership based non-profit, they bring together water utilities, solution providers, and proactive industry experts to advance the adoption of 'smart', data-driven solutions for drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater networks worldwide. WEF Pavilion
Expand your knowledge about waste water in the WEF pavilion. WEFTEC, the Water Environment Federation's Technical Exhibition and Conference, is the largest conference of its kind in North America and offers water quality professionals from around the world with the best water quality education and training available today.
Phosphorus workshop
Join an exclusive one-day workshop at Aquatech Amsterdam on Thursday, 13 March 2025, at RAI Amsterdam. This event will explore the new EU Urban Waste Water Treatment Directive (2024/3019) and its impact on phosphorus removal, reuse, and recycling. Experts will discuss new EU targets, case studies, and innovative recovery solutions. Participation requires free registration for the Aquatech trade show, and the ESPP workshop has a separate pre-registration and fee.

Revolutionizing the water cycle with Dutch water technology
In the Netherlands, water technology plays an important role in transforming a linear economy into a circular one. Innovation is key to this transformation. Water technology innovations are driven by a unique collaboration of renowned knowledge institutes, market leaders, start-ups and government in co-creation with international colleagues and experts. This all comes together at the Netherlands Pavilion. Meet its exhibitors and learn more about their products, innovations, and services. Fully intertwined within the Netherlands Pavilion, surrounded by the best Dutch water sector expertise, the Holland Innovation Park (HIP) is the spot to discover the latest groundbreaking Dutch innovations in the field of water during this year’s Aquatech Amsterdam.
The Netherlands Pavilion is hosted by the Netherlands Water Partnership (NWP), Water Alliance and Partners for Water. The HIP is an initiative of Water Alliance.

Colleagues and clients will be challenged to run the Aquatech 4K charitiy run. Business and sports are combined to enjoy this great opportunity for networking in a very different way. Participants will enjoy the beautiful route through the Beatrixpark and finish in front of the Aquatech entrance, where a healthy breakfast will be presented to them. With your participation you will contribute to charity.
