Timber Modular Building (TMB)
TMBs are modular enclosures built from sustainable timber grown and sourced in the UK to replace traditional materials such as steel and GRP.
TMBs have a hybrid cross-laminated timber and glue-laminated timber core structure; with an embodied carbon of only 0.45kgCO2e/kg for the core. The TMB combines innovative engineering solutions with fabrication, with an emphasis on modular and offsite build methods.
The modular TMB solution has much shorter lead times, fire resistance performance of 78 minutes to BS 476-20 and structural integrity, which exceeds a 25-year design life of traditional GRP enclosures.

Light Modular Building (LMB)
LMBs are lightweight modular buildings that are a direct replacement for industry standard enclosures.
LMBs are sustainable, contain lower contents of carbon and offers the use of materials that are fully recyclable/reusable at the end of their lifecycle. By using internationally recognised manufacturing technology, we can create the RSE - LMB whic delivers efficiently designed solutions with limited wastage and faster construction periods.
The LMB can be delivered fully kitted out and ready for use or can be delivered in flat pack form and erected in situ on-site.
