POLY-NET® also has a wide spectrum of supporting media for filtration, water purification, electroplating or other applications in the chemical branch and other industrial areas. Using the continuous extrusion process, POLY-NET® filter tubes can be produced in any desired length. The POLY-NET® manufacturing range comprises different perforated tube versions with diameters from 12 to 270 millimeters.

Corrosion Resistant Filter Candles

Customized Filter Candles
Besides the grid tubes, POLY-NET® also offers you fully customized elements for filtering applications from filter candle mountings all the way through to complete filter candles.
The corrosion-proof filter candles are manufactured in plastic. The customer can choose from a wide spectrum of different diameters, different models and different lengths. The filtration rate of the filter fabric lies between 30 and 1.000 µm.
For coarse filtration, POLY-NET® strainer baskets are available.
Filter Cartridge Netting

Flexible Filter Catridge Netting
POLY-NET® flexible filter cartridge netting can be used as an external reinforcement for cartridge filters to protect filter media from damage during use and handling. The flexible netting also facilitates the bundling of capillaries and tubular membranes.
POLY-NET® plastic netting is available in polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE); further materials are available upon request. We provide netting in various mesh sizes, colors, diameters and lengths.
BIO-NET

BIO-NET ®, designed for use in biological wastewater treatment systems, consists of block units made of UV-resistant polyethylene (PE-HD). Each block consists of
grid tubes welded together in a lattice. The inside of each tube
has vertical fins.
SESSIL
Filling media for biological wastewater treatment
SESSIL ® is designed for use in biological wastewater treatment systems. It consists of film strips made of UV resistant polyethylene.
The strips are tear-resistant and possess a high tensile strength. They are also provided with a special tension member to handle the loads. The ripple in the film strips effectively prevents blocking.
