Ultrafiltration
Continuous Ultrafiltration (c-UF)
UF System with Continuous permeate production even during cleanings. This technology eliminates the need for backwash pumps and blowers, buffer/backwash tanks and transfer pumps to the process located downstream (i.e. Reverse Osmosis).

Fluytec has combined Glass-fiber Reinforced Polyester (FRP/GRP) vessels with a Proprietary
Boltless Opening. As a result, Fluytec has created a unique Quick Opening and fully Non-
Corrosive filter.
Boltless Housings are divided in three series:
BL XS Housings: 5 standard DOE cartridges or 1 HF pleated cartridge
BL Housings: from 7 to 70 cartridge elements
BL XL Housings: from 80 up to 215 cartridges

The bodies of these filters are designed according to the Ad-Merkblatt* design code from pressure vessels and are made according to the 97/23 CE S. S.3.3 European Standard for Pressure Filters.

PVC Cartridge Filter Housings
Fluytec PVC filter housings combine design simplicity with high filtering quality. These are specially suitable in those applications that handle small amounts of salty water, both brackish and sea water: from 3m3/h to 150 m3/h. (3-35 cartridge elements)
These filter housings are designed according to the ASME design code for pressure vessels and manufactured according to the 2014/68/EU S.4.3 European Directive of Pressure Vessels. Standard Design Pressure is 6 Bar and Test Pressure is 9 Bar.

Stainless Steel Cartridge Filter Housings
Fluytec Steel Filters are especially suitable for applications in which, because of their specific needs (high pressures and/or temperatures of the fluid to be treated) plastic materials cannot be used to manufacture the filter bodies. Available steels: SS316, CSRL, Duplex & SDuplex.
