We produce corrugated double-walled high density pipe (HDPE) ELCOR 450N for electric cable protection and underground telecommunication networks, with exterior diameters from 40mm to 200mm. The pipes are produced according to SR EN 61386-1 and ENEL DS 4247 RO norms with red exterior wall and black interior wall.

PVC-U multilayer pipe, with socket and gasket

PVC-U sewerage pipes and fittings are intended for the development of gravity sewer systems, used for collecting and transporting domestic or mixed waste water, non-pressure fluids, industrial, civil, agricultural, etc. Multilayer PVC-U pipes are manufactured according to SREN 13476 - 1/2 standards. In the case of co-extruded multilayer pipes, three layers are identified: an inner layer of compact PVC; the core made of expanded PVC; an outer layer of compact PVC. Diameters: 110 ÷ 630 mm.

Polyethylene Corrugated Pipe

Polyethylene double wall corrugated pipe, for industrial and civil sewage non-pressure produced according to SR EN 13476-3 norm. The pipes are produced with a range of diameters from 160mm to 1200mm, with rigidity class between SN4 and SN8. The quality is guaranteed by the BVQI certificate.

Polypropylene Corrugated Pipe

Polypropylene corrugated double-wall pipe for sewage underground networks non-pressure, produced according to SR EN 13476-3 norm, type B, standardised by the interior diameter. Produced in bars with a range of diameters from 200mm to 1200mm, with a rigidity class from SN 4 (4kN/m2) to SN 8 and SN 16. The quality is guaranteed by the BVQI certificate.

HDPE 80, 100

HDPE PE 80 and PE 100 black pipes with 4 co-extruded yellow lines for transport and distribution of natural gas, according to EN 1555-2, ISO 4437 norms, for underground networks. The pipes are produced respecting the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001;2004, OHSAS 18001:2007 and Product Compliance Certificate issued by Bureau Veritas (BVQI) No. 672/002, third party certification body accredited according to norm UNI CEI EN 45011 and 45004. Diameters: 32 ÷ 630 mm.

Additionally, polyethylene pipes with PP peelable protective coating are also used for raw water transport networks before the treat-ment process, in hydrant fire extinguishing systems, as well as in pipeline systems for industrial applications. The pipes are produced according to the norms: EN 12201 - 2 : 2011 + A1 : 2013, ISO 4427 EN ISO 15494 and are approved in Romania according to the current norms. Diameters: 63 ÷ 1200 mm.
