Myron L® Company

A true, one-handed instrument, the 6PFCE measures Conductivity, Resistivity, TDS, pH, ORP, Free Chlorine Equivalent (FCE), and Temperature with the press of a button.
Unlike other meters, the 6PFCE Conductivity/TDS function features three modes: KCl, NaCl, and Myron L’s own 442 Natural Water™. Selecting the mode that most closely matches the sample solution yields an accuracy of ±1% of reading.
The pH function accepts 1-, 2-, and 3-point calibrations and is accurate to within ±.01 pH. The pH sensor is of a proprietary construction and includes a large potassium chloride reference solution reservoir for long life. Myron L pH sensors are also user replaceable.
The ORP function is accurate to ±1 millivolt. The measurement electrode is 99.9% pure platinum, and the reference electrode is shared with the pH sensor.
The innovative FCE function accurately measures ppm free chlorine using a predictive ORP value and the actual pH and temperature of the system.
Calibration and maintenance are simple, so the 6PFCE can be serviced by the user. The 6PFCE is also IP67 dust-tight and waterproof, NEMA 6 submersible, and buoyant.

The 900 Series Multi-Parameter Monitor/Controller includes everything required to simplify water quality management of municipal unit processes in one flexible, powerful instrument. Simultaneously monitor and control critical water quality parameters through multiple inputs/outputs with the legendary accuracy and reliability the Myron L Company has come to be known for. The 900 Series is user-intuitive with an LCD touchscreen GUI along with pluggable terminal blocks for quick and easy equipment installation and configuration.
7 inputs make it possible to monitor all the most common water quality parameters simultaneously: 2 Conductivity, Resistivity, TDS, or Salinity; 1 pre-amplified pH or ORP; 1 BNC pH or ORP; 1 0-20/4-20 mA; 1 RTD Temperature; and 1 Flow/Pulse. % Rejection is available as a derived value.
Advanced Conductivity and TDS functions feature three preprogrammed solution modes, KCl, NaCl, and Myron L’s own 442 Natural Water™ Standard. Or program a User solution mode when the constituents and behavior of the solution are known. The ability to match the solution mode to the actual characteristics of the water being monitored instead of using one set solution model, yields far greater precision conserving chemicals and ensuring regulatory compliance. Temperature compensation is automatic to 25°C but can be disabled by the user if required.
The pH/ORP input channel is designed for use with Myron L pre-amplified pH and ORP sensors. These sensors contain precision circuitry that increases accuracy and permits application of the sensors over greater distances. A 0-20/4-20 mA input accepts user-defined 0- to full-scale values and units of measure for an array of sensor types. The 900 Series is also low maintenance and user serviceable with both electronic and wet calibration functions.
Outputs include up to 3 relays; 2 remote alarms; 1 0-20/4-20 mA; 1 0-5/0-10 VDC; and 1 RS-485 ASCII Serial Output. Relays output to any user-supplied control equipment requiring up to 250V each and can trigger on any input parameter. The 0-20/4-20 mA output can transmit a signal for any input parameter. 0-5/0-10 VDC can be scaled to optimize resolution and can output to a recorder, PLC, SCADA system, etc. 0-1 VDC is possible with an optional resistor. Hysteresis values can be specified by the user or automatically set by the 900 Series to prevent chatter.
The user-adjustable cell constant (Conductivity, Resistivity, TDS, and Salinity) and sensor cable length (Conductivity, Resistivity, TDS, Salinity, pH and RTD) assure precise measurements from sensor to sensor. Administrator and Operator password protection levels prevent unwanted tampering. A brightly colored red, yellow, and/or blue LCD background instantly alerts the user to the solution status. And a ¼ DIN Size Chassis makes it easy to mount.

Select from a variety of pocket testers, each featuring simultaneous measurement of Temperature and one critical parameter:
•	PT1 and PTBT1 measure Conductivity, TDS, and Salinity.
•	PT2 and PTBT2 measure pH.
•	PT3 and PTBT3 measure ORP.
•	PT4 and PTBT4 measure Free Chlorine Equivalent (FCE™).
•	PT5 and PTBT5 measure Dissolved Oxygen (DO) as concentration and percent saturation.
•	PT6 and PTBT6 measure Nitrate (displayed as Nitrate, Nitrogen, or mV).

All ULTRAPENS are compact, lightweight, and waterproof with fully encapsulated electronics and bodies of rugged aircraft aluminum. pH, ORP, FCE, DO, and Nitrate sensors are user replaceable extending the useful life of these instruments. Cleaning and calibration of all PT and PTBT instruments is simple to perform making all ULTRAPENS serviceable in the field. Some special features of individual pens include proprietary conversion algorithms, autoranging capabilities, automatic temperature compensation, proprietary sensor design, multiple easy calibration methods, and EPA standard-method compatibility. PT4 and PTBT4 FCE instruments’ cutting-edge measurement method determines Free Available Chlorine using a proprietary predictive ORP algorithm and the actual pH of water, giving a truly accurate reading of chlorine efficacy.

PT Series instruments feature one-button programmability, measurements, and calibration while the new PTBT Series pairs with Android™ or iPhone® Bluetooth®-enabled devices allowing you to control settings, measurements, calibrations, and data reporting tools from the PTBTX2™ mobile application. Email export data as .csv, .xls, .xlsx, or Myron L® Company’s proprietary encrypted format, .mlcx, compatible with Guardian2™ software.

Myron L® Company Standard Solutions are made under strictly controlled conditions using reagent grade salts. These salts are mixed with deionized water having a resistivity of at least 5 megohms-cm purity.
Myron L® Company Standard Solutions have an accuracy of ±1% based on values published in the International Critical Tables and traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology. Available standard types: PH4, PH7, PH10, 442 Natural Water™, KCl Industrial Water, NaCl saltwater.
