Aniel Kerkvliet
Chief Representative of Netherlands Business Support Office(NBSO) Shenzhen
After leaving the Netherlands in 2000 and having lived in Australia, Taiwan and Hong Kong, Aniel now calls the bustling city of Shenzhen in Mainland China home. He combines his commercial experience in several industries (mainly in media, technology, education), with his language and cross-cultural skills to serve Dutch companies that (want to) do business in or with China.

Bai Xuetao
Doctor of Medicine, PhD supervisor, Former Deputy Director of National Institute of Environmental Health, China CDC
Bai Xuetao once worked in Environmental and Health Related Product Safety Institute, Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Dr. Bai Xuetao has an extensive educational background in public health and environmental health, holding degrees from Harbin Medical University and Tongji Medical University.
After completing a postdoctoral research stint at the University of Wisconsin, Dr. Bai has held numerous influential positions, including serving as a former member of the National Hygiene Standard Committee and as Deputy Chairperson of the Environmental Management of New Chemical Substances Expert Committee.
Currently, Dr. Bai is the Vice Chairman of the LED Disinfection Special Committee of the National Semiconductor Industry Alliance, continuing to contribute significantly to public health and environmental safety.

Bruno Lhopiteau
Expert in Solutions of Smart Water, Managing Director of SIVECO CHINA
Bruno Lhopiteau has a 30-year track record helping public infrastructures and industrial plants in Asia to control technical risks, ensure regulatory compliance and optimize their assets.
In 2004, he founded Siveco China, a leader in the Chinese environmental market in the development of Smart O&M technologies aimed at implementing best work practices from top management to technicians. Water industry clients include Suez, Veolia, Capital Eco-pro, Beijing Environment, Hong Kong EPD, Zhongshan Water, Hongcheng Water, Singapore PUB, and many more.
In his spare time, Bruno lectures on Industrial Risk Management at Shanghai University, writes a regular column in Aquatech “Masters of Water” magazine and speaks at conferences on related topics.
