A 1-hour, quantitative and certified Legionella Spp. test (60 - 1,000,000 cfu) is one of the 150 different parameters, the PrimeLab 2.0 Photometer can test with its parallel readings on 18 wavelengths (UV-VIS_IR). Based on an immuno-magnetic method, the Legipid test starts with filtering a water sample, just like with the common culture method, and ends with marking the Living Legionella Spp. to be read by the PrimeLab.
