Melt Blown Cartridge is fused and intertwined with polypropylene resin without any chemical glues. The cartridge is glued at random to form 3D micro pore at which will make the cartridge's 3 layers with fibers on the surface and inside. With the fiber, density from high filtration rating, strong pollutants hold capacity, low pressure drop, gradual changing structure loose outside and close inside.

Activated carbon is the recognized treatment technology for absorption of a wide range of chemical impurities including: organic compounds, pesticides, herbicides, and disinfection by-products (e.g. THMs).
High Flow Pleated Filter Cartridges

High Flow Pleated Filter Cartridges are made of depth fine PP non-woven fabrics. The pleated filter cartridge is single open ended and in diameter of 6inch/154mm, inside to outside flow design ensures that the unwanted particles are trapped with the element.
The multiple layers with depth pleated design provides higher removal efficiency and longer service life than other cartridges of equal efficiency.

Micron Pleated Filter Cartridges are made of PES/PTFE/N66/PP/PVDF/GF with excellent performance of chemical compatibility. The pleated cartridge construction, with its large filter area in a compact package, results in a small system footprint and reduced change-out costs. These cartridges are manufactured and assembled in a clean room environment and adopt thermally welded with media without using any glue or adhesives to minimize the possibility of contamination.
