The Rotorrake is a powerful single-shaft coarse macerator designed to tackle very coarse solids and rags where other units fail. Liquids pass through angled, stationary counter blades while rotating blades shred the solids. Unshreddable objects are diverted into an optional debris collector. Maintenance is simple via a quick‑release cover (MIP design), minimizing downtime and protecting downstream equipment in demanding wastewater, industrial, and biogas applications.
