RAI Amsterdam offers reduced fares for travelling by train in the Netherlands. As a Aquatech Amsterdam visitor traveling in the Netherlands you can buy a single NS (Dutch Railways) return ticket from any railway station in the Netherlands to RAI Amsterdam and vice versa for € 16.50. This return ticket is valid for one specific day.If you are flying to Schiphol Airport a free ticket is available between RAI Amsterdam and the airport.
Please note that registration is required to use these services. After you have registered your visit, you will receive updates with information on how to get your train ticket.
Station RAI is just 300 metres from the RAI building and has regular connections to Schiphol, Rotterdam, Utrecht, The Hague and the international rail network. RAI Amsterdam is only a couple of minutes walk from the RAI train station.
The Amsterdam RAI station will be under construction until the end of 2019. Our advice is to avoid this station until then and travel with metro 52. The metro leaves from Amsterdam Zuid station in the direction of Noord and from Amsterdam CS station in the direction of Zuid. You can get off at metro station Europaplein.
Please note: the above travel advice does not apply if you have bought a NS-train ticket with your trade fair registration/entrance ticket. With this NS-train ticket you can only get off at Amsterdam RAI station, otherwise the discount is not valid.
